Outrigger Koh Samui is still publishing rates at GHADiscovery.com with the following terms:
"DISCOVERY Membership Rate - Exclusive rate for Outrigger DISCOVERY members. Rate does not qualify for additional on-property benefits and tier night credits."
I see absolutely no sense in a member rate on the member website that excludes all member benefits, and I think most members would be surprised to learn that such rates exist.
I would like to try Outrigger Koh Samui, but I won't book until they start honouring membership benefits.
You state that it is possible to redeem Discovery Dollars at check-out for a pre-paid rate. This is misleading as it is not possible to pay for the room charge, but only for other incidental spend during the stay.
