Stayed here for 2 nights last week on a trip through Japan with extended family. Overall, great stay with high quality breakfast.

Check-in was really bad/awkward but that was the only negative. We got there around 4pm (with check-in being listed as 3pm). Ground staff was amazing - we dropped our bags off and they asked for my last name and they knew right away my first name and that we had a reservation for 3 rooms. Got to the lobby level and we were the only party there so the check-in agent pointed to the 2 seats in front of the desk and said have a seat, even though there were 5 of us. I sat there with my wife while the rest of the family walked to the other end of the lobby to find a table. The check-in agent starts off asking, "how many rooms? 2?" Begins the check in process and says how lucky I am that they upgraded one of the rooms to an "87 square meter suite." Yes, I know, I used SNAs for that upgrade. Anyways, after a lengthy and awkward check-in process, it turns out the rooms weren't ready so we waited around another 10-15 minutes. Luggage was proactively sent up to the room, but all dumped in the suite. I just wish there was a little more coordination among the staff and perhaps better training of that particular check-in agent. Everyone else I dealt with during the stay was excellent.
