What do you mean when you say you are "being charged daily". Be as specific as possible so we can best help you. The following answers would be helpful:
- What date was your pickup for?
- What was your total confirmed rental amount?
- When did you see the first charge and how much was it?
- Were there subsequent charges? If so, how many, what date(s) did they occur, and how much were they for?
- Are the charges pending or posted on your credit card statement?
I have a pending charge appear on my card every single day since the day it was supposed to be picked up. Pickup was for 1/14, but reservation had $0 cancellation fee and was cancelled. It was for $157.74. My card has been charged daily from 1/14 forward. On 1/14 $158, 1/15 $159, 1/16 $158, 1/17 $159. All charges are pending. But why is a new charge being added daily?
How can I get the charges to stop? I never got a car and cancelled. I am at a loss with all of it. I don’t want to be on DNR, but after having no luck with calling 800 number multiple times. I’m clueless.
