So, I transferred some MR points from my Canadian AMEX, and it's been over 24 hours and still hasn't showed. Didn't get any confirmation emails from AMEX as well. Well, called them --> and the rep spoke to their backend team and confirmed that most, if not all transfers yesterday (JAN 16, 2024) did not transfer to AP account. They have been getting a lot of calls, they are aware of the issue, and apparently are working hard to fix it. As of now, they couldn't give me an ETA.

Same for me, no confirmation emails. The transfer shows up in the Amex points account under my redemptions and the status of the transaction there now shows as "rejected by participant" but the MR points have not been returned tp my Amex account. I guess I have to call Amex and see what is going on.
