AMEX Canada MR transfers failed for many members on JAN 16, 2024 - confirmed by AMEX rep
So, I transferred some MR points from my Canadian AMEX, and it's been over 24 hours and still hasn't showed. Didn't get any confirmation emails from AMEX as well. Well, called them --> and the rep spoke to their backend team and confirmed that most, if not all transfers yesterday (JAN 16, 2024) did not transfer to AP account. They have been getting a lot of calls, they are aware of the issue, and apparently are working hard to fix it. As of now, they couldn't give me an ETA.
