Polaris "Upon Arrival" Lounge Access in SIN?

I know the answer is probably here somewhere, but I can't find it.

I am flying SFO-SIN "Polaris" tonight and want to use the "upon arrival" benefit.

I know there is no UA Lounge in SIN and there is a few SilverKris lounges. I want to get into the nicest one I am allowed to enter, to get a shower and relax before going into the city. I get in at 8am so can't get into the hotel that early, thus the Lounge question.
