If Cartera can’t resolve this to your satisfaction after they have confirmed you met the requirements, they should remove Blue Apron from their merchant list (they presumably didn’t get anything from your purchase either, so keeping them on the site is not helpful to Cartera either)
Blue Apron worked fine for me on AA shopping. I got the points w month after signup. I actually placed a second delivery with them to take advantage of a SM offer as well, and that worked too.
