For the SFO - DXB route, which option would be better?
1) EK Premium Economy - non-stop ~ 15h 45m flying time

This is for work and allows only Premium Economy. I fly mostly J for long-haul personal travel.

LH's Premium Economy is a complete waste of money; not a good product at all. UA's Premium Economy is decent but nothing overly exciting. Neither offer dedicated lavatories for this class.
EK's Premium Economy is probably the best out there; feels very luxurious and you will have 3 dedicated lavatories that will not be shared with the regular Economy passengers.
