Personally, whilst there's more room than WT, when people recline it really gets in your space, so I'd go for one of the bulkhead seats (B or J) and then T-72 hours call up and ask for whether you can be moved to A or K for the window.
Just had a look at the seat map for the flight, all of the bulkhead row has been taken. The only window seats available are 13A, 15A, 13-15K. It says it costs £8 to move to row 14/15, any idea why that is?
