I've checked my timings and we finally arrived at BDL at 2158 (google maps timestamp) where we were meant to arrive at 1630... I think I'm right in saying it should still stand as 4x 600 = 2400... right?
EDIT:

880, if GBP, is equal to 4 times £220 - the amount required for "short" flights.

It does indeed seem that you are being compensated for an LGW-DUB trip rather than for an LGW-BDL trip.
