Similar but different problem:

I have registered for United for Business, as per my post above, no UCS required, just my company's EIN. That's all fine. I can log in to UfB just fine and see and manage my company's travelers and travel arrangers. I have been happily using the discounts.

Today I received an email to login to Jetstream in order to complete my annual elite nominations by the end of the month. I'd be surprised if we have enough fund balance to nominate someone, but I thought I'd take a peek.
  • First I tried logging in to Jetstream using my UfB account credentials, no go.
  • Then I tried resetting my password at Jetstream using my company (and UfB) email. Never got a password reset email.
  • Then I tried creating a new user in Jetstream. The options are Corporate, Travel Agency, Meetings. When I select Corporate it asks for my UCS number and won't advance without it.
    • I have no communication from United with a UCS number
    • It doesn't accept my old PerksPlus Account ID as a UCS number (wrong format)
    • It doesn't accept my old PerksPlus Tour Code as a UCS number (wrong format)
Does anyone know how to find my UCS number or whether I likely have one? If we are a small business who just signed up for UfB are we too small for a UCS number? If so, email asking me to login to Jetstream just an IT hiccup?

Any thoughts appreciated.
