That complexity used to only be for the BusinessExtrAA award tickets, and now it sounds like it has expanded to all of them. All the more reason I'm just going to abandon this program altogether. I also used it with a non-profit entity, and some of the flyers we have are inexperienced college students attending our conferences. I can't afford to have processes be more complicated for them if there are irregular operations, some of whom are flying for the very first time in their lives.
