Looks like the "champagne sabrage" is now a bottle of South African fizzy plonk. I'm vaguely surprised the bottle is constructed in the same way as France to allow the technique.
At this point one must ask why they even bother.
It's like luxury hotels leaving barely drinkable 5 euro wines as welcome amenity - it actually makes me think less of a hotel than if they did something else instead, like decent baked goods, chocolate or fruit.
