So it's frustrating when agents say the rules are different.
Having this issue right now. Trying to change to a different flight tomorrow morning which is only J1 and being scolded that it’s not the “same day” yet and their policy only allows them to change after midnight.
Unable to explain why the app is out of policy and does not allow them to change.
I am unable to use the app because the app is not allowing me to change routings which is what I require.

This needs to be addressed in ACPedia if anyone in here has contacts within that actually may effect change please speak with them.
