I'm planning my (as of the last few years) annual Autumn trip to Japan in PE for mid October- mid November and I am based in Berne, Switzerland.
I had 41,000 Asia Miles with Cathay then Covid came along, I thought I was ok on a trip to Australia last year flying with Qantas domestically but later Cathay said "(Q class) is not eligible for miles accrual,"
As a result, my 41K is now 0 so I'm trying to build up my Miles and More Miles, makes sense with me being based in Switzerland anyway.
I have 31,000 miles so far and when I use the Calculator, flights with Cathay in E Class PE ZRH-HKG-HND, HND-HKG-ZRH it comes back as 0.
Is this correct? Can only certain booking classes with Cathay be credited to Miles and More?

I may end up flying with ANA (who were great last year) but this Cathay Flight is CHF 1263 which seems hard to beat for a good Premium Economy seat.
