SQ's website isn't great at showing all available Star Alliance space. Best to check United.com and/or Aircanada.com and then, if you see availability, connect with a SQ agent over chat to get them to search. I've found agents on chat to be more competent at handling award ticket queries than phone agents (YMMV).
