Another data point: Brand new Aeroplan accounts for both of us. P2 transferred 59k points tonight and received the points+ 20% bonus instantaneously. My 175k transfer is still pending.
Update: P1 transfer of 175k + 20% bonus posted to the AP activity section, along with an email from Chase confirming the points transfer was complete, at 24.5 hours after the transfer (note: this is now 1 day after the bonus expired, so just initiating the transfer within the valid window seems to work). Note- the actual miles weren't usable until an additional 1 hour and 5 minutes after the miles appeared in my activity section.
