The pool, locker room hot/cold plunges, sauna, and well-equipped gym are levels above the lowly gym that the Centric offers. Views are spectacular from Andaz as well. The rooms at the Andaz feel significantly more luxe and larger. I just stayed at both hotels in late November and you can find my pics and review in my signature/Trip Report forum. IMO, the Andaz is perfectly located, well within distance to anything you want to see in Tokyo, easily accessible via subway, and within walking distance to a lot.
