If you have not yet decided, go with Andaz and you will not regret it. Centric is located in Ginza and if you want to be there, then it's fine but after spending time there, I don't find it particularly appealing. Personally, I find Ginza boring and lacking any real vibe. One could say that about Toranomon as well, but I prefer the quiet streets at night and the refuge that the Andaz is from the Tokyo metropolis. The Centric rooms are small and the bathroom is open-concept, so not necessarily ideal. The bathrooms at Andaz are large and luxurious. The pool, locker room hot/cold plunges, sauna, and well-equipped gym are levels above the lowly gym that the Centric offers. Views are spectacular from Andaz as well. The rooms at the Andaz feel significantly more luxe and larger. I just stayed at both hotels in late November and you can find my pics and review in my signature/Trip Report forum. IMO, the Andaz is perfectly located, well within distance to anything you want to see in Tokyo, easily accessible via subway, and within walking distance to a lot.
