Caution note
Booked JL 12 in J put On Hold, called to ticket the same day it now said On Request - ok everything normal.
I even booked row 11 on JL site - this was Sunday.
I checked today to see if it had ticketed, it now was back to On Hold + said it was going to expire tomorrow?
Tried to ticket on app, nope, quick call (if a 2 hour wait is considered quick) - CRS had to do everything again she had no idea what happened.
