BT is just available (presently) on UA Next narrow-body aircraft
United Promotes Benefits of Bluetooth Enabled Planes

Mostly just recent Boeing narrow-bodies (and yes that includes the presently grounded MAX9s)
Other notable feature of NEXT aircraft is seatback entertainment screens
