The CLE UC is awesome but (virtually) the entire team CLE -- above and below the wing, front line to management is amazing. The looks of abject horror on the faces of a few willing participants (in and out of the club) when presented with the answer key to my quiz proved both how how valuable they are.
(But yes, I am spoiled by this airport -- people I see more often than my actual coworkers, and the most tangible reason I keep flying UA after getting 1K locked in)
Very knowledgeable staff at the UC as well. I know at least one of the agents working the desk has been there since it was a Presidents Club! Love to see CLE back as a "Mini Hub", agree great staff above and below the wing as well.
