In the end we made it into and out of FRA on a later flight to VIE.

looks like todays 498 went out on time, but 499 return has been canceled. Glad we got out when we did!
indeed! apparently the flight was quite full and they were upgrading people from W to J (and Y to W) to fit more standbys. glad to hear you made it back before the cancellations!

i just submitted a claim using the online form, hopefully they're not backlogged with claims!
