Identical situation as OP..you are not alone! Received the same error message on the award selection screen last week, and got the same runaround from Bonvoy Member Support. They created a ticket to escalate which will hopefully resolve the issue, but I intend to call back every few days to try and force a solution. Like you, I want the 85K FNA, and don't want to be stuck with the 5 NUAs given the quickly approaching selection deadline.
