My husband has been waiting for his Global Entry renewal for several months. It might even be 6 months now. We traveled in Europe in May 2023. Then South America early 2024. On returning to JFK we went to the TSA/Global Entry desk to see if he could interview on return. They told him they were still doing his "risk assessment". A friend suggested we contact our local senator to see if they could help speed things up. We travel again in May 2024 and Global Entry would really speed things up.

My renewal maybe took a few weeks but came back with no interview required. I am a US citizen, he is a naturalized US citizen, originally from Malaysia.

We signed up originally by going to Charlotte, NC as there were no facilities in Raleigh, NC.
