I stay here quite often but this time is my first time in January and the room is freezing cold, aircon set to 30 but only cold air comes out. Got upgraded in the app to executive king but downgraded to king deluxe on the first floor. No working desk or bathrobe. No welcome gift of any kind. They don’t serve breakfast in the lounge since Covid started three years ago. I do like the location which is very convenient for me. Three stops and you’re at praterstern with all possible connections. Also the price is often way cheaper than the Hilton at Vienna Midi but then again the Midi one is just three times better. The lounge alone is awesome there. However most of the time over my companies budget 😉.

first time I came was back in 2016 as bronze member and I got upgraded to a corner suite. Never ever happened again even as gold and now as diamond for the past three years.
