My dad had the wheel ripped off his Briggs & Riley at PDX over Thanksgiving, and they filed a claim for him. He uploaded his receipt when contacted by AS, and they sent him the full amount he paid.
Edit to add, the suitcase retails for $700 but it was purchased on Amazon "Used Like New" for $350 in 2021 and that's the amount he was paid.
