I enjoy airports where departures and arrivals are combined, as when flying just for the day, this allows me to use the lounge in the morning after landing, with my return boarding pass.
Ronald Reagan Airport is where I recently did this. After an early morning landing from LGA, I made use of the AA lounge (with my BA Silver) for a couple of hours. I then also returned to the lounge again in the evening before a 10pm flight back.
