Just been told that we can't claim a refund as the seat selection is non refundable! Surely this can't be correct if they have changed the airline and moved us to 2 seats we no longer want.
Originally we had chosen seats that were 2 on their own - we have now been moved to a 3 and are no longer even sitting together as we are in A and C (two someone could sit in B).
