2. I HATE running, but I LOVE having run. I routinely do 10K and I hate it the entire time, but am so happy to have done it when it's over.
I'm pretty much the same way about running now even though I ran track competively when I was much much younger. But now, I simply don't have the energy or frame of mind to go running after a flight, especially ones crossing multiple time zones. All I wanna do is get out of my clothes, take a shower and hit the sack.
I used to do 10K races but over the last year or two, I have gotten lazy and only run 5K races now.
