If you make it to DFW, the best option is the Grand Hyatt DFW if there is availability as it is literally in Terminal D, right outside the security checkpoint at D22. There is also a Hyatt Regency at Terminal C, but it requires a shuttle bus.

To add the restaurant at the Grand Hyatt is very good, and it has a good health club, also amazing runway views.
