Divide your time between the north,south and Satelite B lounges
The latter is nice and quiet
To get back to the main building from B,take the lift down to -2 opposite Boots and use the underground walkway following signs for the A gates
It's a nice stretch of the legs,a long enough walk
Then press 5 on the Lift

Don't take the train back as you'll have to reclear security
