Looking at FlightRadar24, it seems that NH11 finished pushback from the widebody gate at the north end of Concourse B, stopped, and then started taxiing and turned right onto Taxiway G as DL2122 was taxiing on it. I think the DL flight would have had right of way in this situation, meaning either a bad instruction by ground control, or a misunderstanding by the NH flight crew.
Fortunately I am reading that it was just a minor side-scrape of a wingtip against a stabilizer. The DL flight proceeded to its gate at T5 while NH11 parked near T5 for an hour plus and then taxied over to the de-icing pad on the west side of the airport. Not sure exactly where the passengers were let off.
