On the topic of targeted promotions, and specifically the word "targeted", I seem to recall testimony on here from Lifetime Platinum and Titanium members who have received such targeted double night promos in the past. This type of data point in its own right is evidence that these promos are not so much targeted as completely random so looking for patterns or reservation habits to explain why some members are getting them and others not is probably a futile exercise as there cannot be a more irrelevant reward for a LTT than an additional night on the LTN count.
