Well not all things are malfunctioning.

Last night I booked a May reward seat and within 5 mins the 85,000 points were scooped from my account.

BTW.. that reward ticket also cost me an additional $236.75 in taxes and fuel surcharges.

I was told that the fuel surcharge was $19 per segment and of course I was not able to get a direct flight routing.
