I did. Three times. And all I got was "...ok, ok, ok..." Otherwise I would not have posted here.
From HK, to SG, to Thailand, to Philippines, "bee hoon" is bee hoon. But this was the one place in Asia where two staffers who were dressed as chefs and manning stoves did not know what "bee hoon" meant. That is just strange.
