I agree about a company should be able to fire a customer.
But once upon a time I disputed a major rental car company rental car damage charge that to me had all the markings of a fraud operation. So, I dealt only with the corporate office not the skeevy state franchisee. I provided objective evidence and the franchisee simply closed their claim. I have remained in the company's preferred program. Moral of the story, keep video evidence the car before and upon return, especially when in the great state of Alaska.
