You can do it only with favorable conditions, but it is highly highly not recommended on separate tickets...you would not be able to get everything on one ticket anyway.

Even I am advocating people NOT to do it, and I am generally a high risk taker. If you are going to do it, no stopping anywhere, speed walk whenever possible, walk on street and ask nicely to cut lines if necessary:

Deplane, (speed)walk, immigration, custom, landside: 15-20 minutes only if you have Global Entry and no checked luggage

TBIT to T7: 15-20 minutes

T7 security: ~5 minutes if you have Precheck and the line is not too long.

Add up all of the best case scenarios, and you are looking at around 640-645am to gate. Gate usually closes 15 minutes prior to departure.

I have done this before and got to the gate prior to 640am. I walk fast, but I was also sweating like crazy even in considerably cool/cold LA morning.

Don't do it.
