What have you tried unsuccessfully so far?
In past years I booked a cheap flight, added PC seats, and canceled the flight for wallet credit. The seats were reimbursed. You would need to book for someone else as you get free PC seats as a 100k. No idea if this still works; I just switched to UA as teh travel bank is so much easier.
