scubadu - not sure what business you are in and my trying to be snarky - if I had a really (and maybe really really) good customer who all of a sudden disappeared - maybe someone in some marketing or retention or whatever office would notice and drop an email or something?
I earned this by staying at 1 particular property a lot over the past few years - and the manager once commented that I was one of their "Top 50" guests (not sure over what time period) - why is unreasonable to think that when I all of a sudden didnt show up for my usual weeks on end stays that someone would have said something...we all get surveys for everything else these days
