The other thing that makes me think this is this: I cancelled a flight today -- had to call in because I could not do it online -- and the res. agent was surprised I could not -- to top it off, didn't get the e-mail till 8 hours later. Plus too, when I changed a flight on a flight wallet (which I could not do online) -- I still haven't seen an e-mail confirming the change, and can't access the res. online.
