Good that you finally got the refund that you deserved, albeit after a prolonged wait.
I wouldn't say that only c-w-s offered useful input, I'd say that over the half of the responses were helpful and only four of them were the don't use a TA type or relating anecdotal experiences of using a TA. With over half of the responses being useful I'd say that is pretty much a win for a question to an IBB.
