Schoup , sorry to hear of your difficulties. I can report that my 90k points posted immediately after the close of the cycle when I met the minimum spend. And my 20 nights posted right away each year.
My guess is that they don't have your WF CC account pointing to the correct Choice account. Were you able to confirm that they matched correctly?
As for the rollover nights, as of Jan 7 I'm waiting for a reply from a supervisor. No reply yet.
