Same as you. I have been getting the run around on my 2023 20 elite nights since getting the card in May 2023. Haven't received my 2024 nights either. Called about my initial elite nights probably 10 times.
Each call I read directly from the terms of what I should receive:
To be eligible to receive the 20 Elite Night Credits with your card account, you must have an active Choice Privileges Rewards Program Member account linked to your card account. The 20 Elite Night credits will be available in your Choice Privileges Rewards Program member account within 14 days upon opening your card account. Within 14 days of January 1 of each subsequent calendar year, the 20 Elite Night Credits will be available in your Choice Privileges Rewards Program account, as long as your card account is open as of December 31 of the prior calendar year.
The response is yes you should receive this, They are clueless on why I'm not & have no idea how to fix it. They claim they will escalate your case & will be contacted 7 to 10 business days. I never get contacted, so I call again & again. It's a never ending cycle of explaining the case over and over again in each call.
I also have not received by 90K points for 3K spend in 90 days & I have received the run around on that too from the Wells Fargo side, as Choice claims it's not their fault.
