2. I HATE running, but I LOVE having run. I routinely do 10K and I hate it the entire time, but am so happy to have done it when it's over.

I saw that on AA.com. That's exactly my concern.

I guess worse case scenario is that I get turned away from the T5 arrivals lounge, in which case I'll change into my running gear in the toilet, leave my bags with Left Luggage in T5 while on my run, and then grab my bags and head back to the T3 arrivals lounge afterwards.
