It was a $1000+ incremental ($800 -> $1800).

I guess I need to see about finding an SWU for a reasonable "price" somehow,
or find a sympathetic gate agent (not likely these days).

I upgraded from HKG->ORD last year, and it only cost me 30K miles. Has it gone
up to 60K for 1-way upgrade? I haven't check the charts lately, but I thought
that's what it was.
