After checked the relevant team, we are pleased to confirm that Members will earn one Elite Night Credit for each eligible Night stayed with Homes & Villas by Marriott Bonvoy. Elite Night Credits count toward Lifetime.

In the FAQs, it shows that promotional nights do not count toward lifetime status. These promotional nights refer to the bonus part of some special promotions. For example, in a double nights promotion, only the base eligible stayed nights would count toward Lifetime while the bonus nights would not count.
