With Global Entry, no checked bags, and some luck, you
might make the 7 AM flight, provided you run all the way. I'd give you a 3% chance. 97% of the time, you're just going to delight whomever is #1 on the upgrade list. On separate tickets, I'm not sure I'd chance the
8:20 flight, although you appear to be a GS so it's probably less risky for you.
