Is anyone else missing their 20 core e-upgrades?

I’m in the 75K mess, invited to select benefits, got the additional select benefit e-ups, but the originals have never posted.

I’m going to phone in and play dumb (the role I was born for) and ask about missing rollover miles and missing e-upgrades, and see what they have to say.
