How can Amex say this is miscellaneous when it's blatantly clear that it's a restaurant? It clearly says in the transaction "3x Global Restaurants" which it wouldn't say if this wasn't a restaurant. I know it's not a big deal and you've already done another transaction, but I hate when Amex does this, especially when it's in their face.
